By far, the easiest way to wirelessly send content to your Kindle is with the web version of the Send to Kindle tool. Here’s how to use it:

1. Head to the Amazon website and log in with the account linked to your Kindle.
2. Navigate to amazon.com/sendtokindle.
3. Drag and drop files into place, or select them from your computer.
4. Select Add to Library to make them available to any Kindle you own.
5. Press Send. The file will appear on your Kindle the next time it syncs.

Though the web interface is simple and convenient, if you prefer to use a dedicated app to manage your Kindle library, you can use the Send to Kindle desktop app for Mac/PC to send content from your computer to your device wirelessly.

1. Download and install the Send to Kindle Mac or PC app from amazon.com/sendtokindle.
2. Sign in to the app using your Amazon account details
3. Drag and drop the files you want into the window.
4. Add the title and author (if necessary).
5. Select the destination Kindle(s) and check Archive document to Kindle library if you want to add the file to your cloud library.
6. Press Send. The file will appear on your Kindle the next time it syncs.
