April’s free Kindle e-book for Prime members is here

With the arrival of April, it is once again time for Amazon Prime members to claim their free Kindle e-book for the month.

If this is news to you, let me help get you up to speed. Each month, Amazon offers a new selection of curated e-books as part of its First Reads program. Prime members can choose one free e-book and receive a bonus short read from this selection, allowing you to enjoy two free e-books in total.

If you’re not an Amazon Prime subscriber, it costs $15 per month or $139 annually. If you’ve never subscribed to Prime before, there’s a good chance you have a free trial available to try.

If you’re an avid reader, this is a great way to always have something new to enjoy at the beginning of each month, and the e-books featured in Amazon’s First Reads program offer a wide variety.

There are eight options to choose from for your free e-book, including two thriller novels: The Boomerang by Robert Bailey and The Undoing of Alejandro Velasco by Diego Boneta. Additionally, there are several other genres to pick from, including one e-book from each of the following categories: coming of age, historical fiction, women’s fiction, psychological, romance, and gothic fiction.

There’s something for everyone in Amazon’s First Reads program, and the best part is that you get to choose which e-book you want for free based on your personal preferences. If you’re not a subscriber to Amazon Prime, you can still access its First Reads program, but you’ll have to pay for the e-book instead of receiving it for free.
